1. General
These terms govern your use of the Mega Zone website and services. By accessing the site or purchasing tickets, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Tickets & Purchase
Tickets are valid only for the day and time selected at purchase. Tickets are non-transferable without prior approval. Mega Zone reserves the right to cancel an order in cases of technical error or failed payment.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation 48+ hours before: full refund. Cancellation 24–48 hours before: venue credit valid for 90 days. Cancellation less than 24 hours before: no refund. Unexpected closure by Mega Zone: full refund issued.
4. Entry & Safety
Socks are mandatory at all attractions. Children under age 4 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Mega Zone may deny entry to anyone not meeting age or safety requirements for an attraction.
5. Liability
Mega Zone shall not be liable for injuries or damage caused by failure to follow safety instructions. A digital waiver must be signed before entry. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, photos and information on this site are the exclusive property of Mega Zone and may not be copied or used without written permission.
7. Changes to Terms
Mega Zone may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the site.
8. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Israeli law. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Central District of Israel.
